LABOR INCLUSION OF WOMEN AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION
When we decided to create a responsible fashion brand like NOY, we were clear that it had to be a brand that added value through activity, seeking to create a community with all women who wanted to be part of the eco-conscious movement.
At NOY, we invite each and every one of them to be part of the project, regardless of whether they are users, collaborators or disseminators of our message.
They all add up, they are all important to us, because NOY is a brand of WOMEN for WOMEN , where one of our great challenges is to create a bond through a new INCLUSIVE community.

Our cutting and sewing capsule collections are worked in local social workshops in the Community of Madrid.
These are spaces where job OPPORTUNITIES are created for women at risk of social exclusion.
They are spaces where workers feel safe, cared for and valued for their work, and where they promote individual and group empowerment , as well as training in textile manufacturing.
