How long will it take for my order to be prepared and shipped?

  • All orders with 24/72 hour shipping, free shipping or international shipping, placed within our business hours, will be prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed outside of our working hours will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
  • All orders destined for the Canary Islands include a maximum preparation period of seven business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
 You can now enjoy your order in 24-72 hours!
 And FREE shipping costs in the peninsula with no minimum purchase!

  • National-peninsula orders are FREE with no minimum purchase.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla: FREE shipping with purchases over €100. For purchases less than €100, shipping costs will be €10.

For orders to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla; Customs charges will be paid by the client, reaching a cost of up to €20 or a cost that will depend on the value of the purchase in the case of Andorra.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
 FREE Shipping with purchases over €200!
For purchases less than €200, shipping costs for EU countries will be €19.

 For purchases from Portugal-peninsula:
FREE Shipping with purchases over €90!
For purchases less than €90, shipping costs will be €7.

What happens if I want to change my delivery address?
 Changes can be made to the shipping address as long as the order has not been processed. Any change of address after shipment will have an additional cost that you must consult with us.

How can I track the shipment?
 When we prepare your order you will receive an email from the transport company with all the information regarding the shipment. In the email you will find your tracking number, with which you can know where your order is at all times and manage the delivery.
