We anticipate the arrival of spring to bring you some SELF CARE tips for the new season that is about to arrive.

They are all extracted from the book “Self-care for all seasons” by our beloved Eva Villar , which we 100% recommend if you want to see more.

1. YOGA for your BODY and MIND

2. Create an ALTAR to connect with your desires

You just need a small corner, leave there objects that have a connection with the 4 elements of nature and that have meaning for you.

AIR: incense, fragrances
FIRE: candles, reddish stones

4. SPRING FOODS

In spring, we seek to detoxify and awaken the body from winter slumber.
Avoid heavy foods, opt for something lighter and easier to digest such as:

STRAWBERRIES: packed with vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants
ARTICHOKES: source of phosphorus and iron, they promote the digestion of fats
WILD ASPARAGUS : provide vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, calcium or phosphorus
