In our equivalence table we recommend which NOY size to choose based on your usual clothing size, or your circumference measurements in centimeters.

How should I measure myself?

• CHEST: Measure under your arms, surrounding the chest well.
• WAIST: Measure at the height of your navel, surrounding the waist.
• HIP: Measure the widest part of your hip.
