Returns & Exchanges

The time period to return an item is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
In no case will refunds be made for shipping (or customs) costs already paid. Only the full amount of the product will be returned.

In what cases are changes and/or returns made?

  • The customer receives the order in poor condition. In this case, NOY will bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
  • The customer has chosen the wrong size and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs. NOY will cover the new shipping costs for the size change.
  • The product is not what the customer expected and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs. NOY will cover the new shipping costs for the exchange.
  • The product does not correspond to what the customer expected and wants to make a return. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
  • *Gift cards cannot be returned.

It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used and the labels and seals must not have been removed.

It will be necessary, in order to process an exchange or return, to include in the package the document called "delivery note", which we always send along with the initial order.
It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to NOY and ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received at NOY.


Can I exchange a product purchased with a discount code?

All products purchased with a discount code may be exchanged for the same product following our exchange policy. If you process an exchange for another product, we will review the discount conditions again to assess whether it is possible that they can be applied to the new product.

How do I request an exchange or return?

You can begin the exchange or return process by sending us an email to the address of info@notonlyoga.com where you must tell us if it is an exchange or return and the reason. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 24 hours, with instructions to begin the process.

You must send us the package through the POST OFFICE COURIER COMPANY (it is important not to send it through a different courier company ) to the following address:

Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of ​​the package.

Once we receive the package and approve the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund amount will be paid within 7 business days of notification, in the same payment method that was purchased.
Remember that the costs for returns or exchanges (and customs) are borne by the customer. The company will only be responsible in case of loss or defect.

WARRANTY

All NOY items have a 2-month warranty from the order delivery date. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse.
